At Define Curls, we want you to love your curls and feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Exchanges for different products or colors are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened hairbrushes.
